What started as a hobby a generation ago in my father’s wood shop has turned into a passion. Simply put, I love building things. Nothing brings greater joy than turning rough-sawn lumber into beautiful, enduring, and functional works of art. Every day should include the smell of sawdust and the joy of hand-planing wood to a marble-smooth finish.
My goal is to build furniture that is elegant and long-lasting. Beauty is fleeting if the piece can’t survive a change in humidity or a simple relocation. I’ve spent years studying and mastering the tools and techniques that master craftsmen have used for centuries to craft durable, lasting furniture. My tools are meticulously prepared to be as sharp and square as humanly possible. Perfection is my mission.
All of my projects can be tailored to meet your specific requests to include selection of wood, finish, and appearance. If you choose customization, we’ll engage in a series of consultations to identify an initial concept. I will provide sketches and renderings to ensure the product matches your requirements and finalize the design. Once building starts, I’ll provide periodic photos and videos so you can see your project come to life. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance.
