Items in stock typically ship within 3 business days (not including weekends and holidays).  We will notify you when the order is received and your item ships, as well as being available for any correspondence during construction and finishing of your product.

FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE COMPLETE AND IN INVENTORY, we will ship within the same three business days and send an email when your product has shipped.

FOR MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS:  We typically ship within 7-10 business days or within the timeline that is specified in the product's description.  We will again send an email when the product finally ships.
