Terms and Conditions

We process all orders within 3 business days (not including weekends and holidays) and will notify you when the order is received.  

FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE COMPLETE AND IN INVENTORY, we will ship within the same three business days and send an email when your product has shipped.

FOR MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS:  We typically ship within 7-10 business days or within the timeline that is specified in the product's description.  We will again send an email when the product finally ships.

Returns are generally reserved for defective products or damage that occurs during shipment.  If you'd like to request a return, please notify us as soon as possible at info@pbwoodworking.com.  Include the order number and photos and description of the damage.  We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience with our business.

Wood is beautiful because the varying grain and figuring provides variety and character.  As such, your product may not appear exactly as shown on photos.  That said, we will not use subpar pieces of wood with obvious and ugly defects.
